Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to the UK, the EU, the US and many other countries. We work with partner warehouses in the UK, Europe, China and the United States. Each product page tells you where that item ships from. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, then sent with tracking.

Some products ship free wherever you are. If so, it will show at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Black Friday and December can add a few days.

Orders with several items

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they'll arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. You only pay delivery once.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel ships. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email us and we'll investigate.

Customs and import charges

UK: you won't pay anything extra on delivery.
EU and US: your country may charge import duty or taxes on some parcels. These are set by your customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, email abdelhamidmohamedh@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
